I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, as it is right on the waterfront of the lake. I could swim in the lake upon arrival and even the next morning. The views from the room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The restaurant itself was beautifully styled and had an incredible view of the lake. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with free parking available on site. The room was spacious and had a lovely themed design. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with hiking courses nearby and the city of Lucerne only 30 minutes away.
